Our groundwork includes in-depth interviews with providers and stakeholders to gain a clear understanding of the dynamics within the group. We look at the current state of the group, such as staff, location, and patient demographics, coupled with opportunities such as expanding new services or additional locations. We evaluate the total environment, including timely trends and factors that affect changes in healthcare delivery. Then we help guide the stakeholders and administration towards a strategic plan that fits the group’s particular needs and opportunities.
